Ordering beautiful handmade ceramics

All items are handcrafted daily in my workshop in Ireland, so I do not keep a large stock. If your chosen item(s) is not in stock, it will be made to order especially for you and will take up to 4 weeks depending on current demand. I will inform you of the estimated production time upon receiving your order. 

Kiln Availability 

Please check the header banner on our website for updated availability. The August kiln is now full, and I am currently taking orders for September. The next available kiln date is September 3rd. For any queries about availability, feel free to message me here or call 086-6071815. 

Nationwide & International Delivery 

I will get your purchase to you wherever you are. All orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days unless it is a special request being made for you, which will take up to 4 weeks. You will receive a notification email or SMS letting you know your order has been shipped. I partner with reliable international couriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your ceramics. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. 

Shipping & Handling 

I offer worldwide shipping! For any questions regarding international orders and ensuring a smooth delivery process, please email info@creativeclayireland.com. International shipping rates are set up automatically on my website, but please allow extra time for delivery. Notifications will be sent via email or SMS to keep you updated on your order status from dispatch to delivery. 

Recycling 

Where possible, I reuse and recycle packaging materials, so you might find newspaper and random off-cuts of cardboard within the outer box protecting the boxed item inside. This showcases my commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact. 

Returns 

As a small independent business, I pride myself on providing handmade quality work and exceptional customer service. I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop, but please keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand, and therefore there will be some variations in colour and size due to the natural processes involved in making each piece. 

If you change your mind or are not happy with what you received, please contact me by email at raquel@creativeclayireland.com. Goods must be returned to Creative Clay, Castlecrine, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare, V95 T6K6 without undue delay and in any event within 14 days. We will refund you the price you paid for the product, but refunds will only be considered if the goods are returned in the condition that you received them. Please take care when repacking your item(s). Items remain your responsibility until they reach Creative Clay. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty. We will make any refunds due as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of receiving the goods back from you. Refunds will be issued using the same method you used to pay. 

Seconds 

Please be aware that there is no refund/return on discounted items or seconds sold. If the item is damaged in transit, I will refund you the full amount of the damaged item(s). 

Damaged in Transit 

In the unlikely event that the product is damaged when it arrives, please contact me at raquel@creativeclayireland.com within 24 hours of delivery. An emailed picture of the damaged item immediately after being unpacked will be required. The item needs to be returned to me at the above address, and a full refund will be given or a replacement can be made and resent. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Please Note: Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday, and Bank or Public Holidays.
